Objective:

Relocation to downtown Seattle for greater exposure, access and attraction of talent.  Utilize this move to create stunning new space that also provides efficiencies, flexibility and versatile team settings.   The space is an ideal combination of dazzling settings with practical workspace for a magnificent office.

Specifics:

65 workstations and 3 private offices with multiple open collaborative areas. Innovative large project/conference room that can change into a versatile all company meeting space.  Multiple open and closed options for small meetings.

Finance & Banking

Objective:

To deliver a stunning new headquarters that provided  employees maximum height adjustable stations along with functional, yet creative collaborative areas and meeting spaces. Displaying deep Northwest roots through the interior architecture combined with flexible furniture to create and office that meets the corporate vision.

Specifics:

143 workstations and 4 private offices with multiple open collaborative areas. Private meeting space is offered with flexible, larger rooms and small focus rooms.

Real Estate

Objective:

To create vibrant downtown Seattle flagship headquarters.  Office space meets the clients’ requirement of versatile furniture that changes easily as business demands change.  Overall space represents the culture of the company with fun, energetic and engaging settings that enhance worker productivity. 

Specifics:

7 floors in Seattle and multiple satellite offices nationwide.  Workstation and common area standards that lead to efficiencies as well as corporate branding. Open floor plan with a variety of closed, open, formal and informal meeting spaces.

Retail Start Up

Objective:

To create branding for opening the flagship headquarters in Seattle.  Achieved an integrated floorplan steeped in classic and effective furnishings to reflect timeless reliability.  Utilizing  open space for employees and clients to easily interact in a casual setting is a vital business driver.

Specifics:

12 workstations, multiple open and closed meeting rooms, client spaces, lunch room and team room

Tech

Objective:

To embrace a new workstation standard for efficient floorplan that fosters teamwork and efficiencies. Based this in their Seattle headquarters and utilized the standard throughout all their US locations. 

Specifics:

1000 workstations over 4 Seattle building and multiple domestic and international locations: floorplans included meeting rooms, phone rooms, collaborative and common areas for gathering and working.

Tech Start Up

Objective:

To open their initial office space for attraction of partners and investors.  The result was an open, creative, cost effective yet versatile working environment for a wide range of people. The space fosters collaboration while offering efficient standardized workspaces.    The historic post and beam building is an ideal complement to their lean, innovative and contemporary approach and culture.

Specifics:

30 workstations with multiple collaborative areas. Creative enclosed meeting/project/conference rooms along with multiple open and closed options for small meetings.   Settings of soft seating sprinkled throughout the space.

Solution:

Architectural

Objective:
To move to downtown Seattle for proximity to their clients while creating a new working environment. The previous space was outdated and did not reflect their innovative and efficient approach. The new headquarters achieved the desired result of an open environment that provided better visibility and collaboration among staff. The historic Pike Place Market building showcases a new culture for their visitors.


Specifics:
26 workstations with casual meeting space intermixed. Conference and teaming areas against the windows are ideal for sharing and viewing projects. Storage is intermixed for proximity and to create settings for impromptu meetings.
